ABOUT ME

I’m Jack Williams, a graphic designer with a deep-rooted passion for compelling and purposeful design. Originally from San Jose, California, my journey began with a curiosity for digital creativity, which evolved into a career focus during my time at Arizona State University, where I earned my degree in Graphic Design. My experience includes working with ASU Enterprise Partners, where I crafted design solutions for clients in higher education and the non-profit sector, consistently aiming to deliver visually engaging and effective communications.

To me, graphic design is more than aesthetics; it’s about visual problem-solving—understanding complex ideas and translating them into clear, impactful visuals. This approach has guided my work, from branding and layout design to creating pieces that communicate effectively across various media. As a freelance designer, I now collaborate with clients across diverse industries—from automotive to entertainment. This range allows me to bring a fresh perspective to each project, creating work that’s both visually striking and strategically crafted to meet clients’ unique needs.

Recently, I’ve focused on editorial design, where I combine my expertise in visual storytelling with a strong sense of layout and narrative flow, ensuring each piece not only captures attention but also resonates with its audience.

I’m also proud of my work designing for my own streetwear brand, merging my enthusiasm for fashion with my design expertise. Whether working with brands or on personal projects, I’m dedicated to delivering creativity, quality, and thoughtful problem-solving in every design I create.
